The Awards are open to organisations, leaders, employees, and change makers contributing to gender equity in the workplace. Participation is open to people of all genders, including women, men, non-binary and gender diverse people. We use gender inclusive language and welcome entries that reflect a genuine commitment to equity and inclusion.
