Welcome to the Gender Equity Awards 2025: Celebrating Progress, Inspiring Change

At the Gender Equity Awards, we believe in recognising and celebrating individuals, organisations, and initiatives that champion gender equity and inclusivity in the workplace. Participation is open to people of all genders, including women, men, non binary and gender diverse people. We use gender inclusive language and we avoid reducing gender to sex based terms. Now in our third year, we are excited to continue our journey towards fostering more equitable and diverse work environments.

Why Do We Run the Awards?

The Gender Equity Awards serve as a platform to acknowledge and honor those who are making significant strides in promoting gender equity. By highlighting best practices, celebrating exemplary behavior, and encouraging continual improvement, we aim to:

  • Share Best Practices: We believe in the power of sharing best practices to inspire others and drive positive change. The Gender Equity Awards showcase innovative strategies and initiatives that promote gender equity, providing valuable insights for organizations seeking to improve their practices.
  • Celebrate Progress: Progress towards gender equity should be celebrated and recognized. Through the Gender Equity Awards, we shine a spotlight on individuals, organizations, and initiatives that are making a meaningful difference in creating more inclusive and diverse workplaces.
  • Inspire Change: By recognizing and celebrating achievements in gender equity, we aim to inspire others to take action and drive change within their own spheres of influence. The Gender Equity Awards serve as a catalyst for broader conversations and initiatives aimed at creating a more equitable society.
